Let's get some thoughts from a Patriots fan. Rick, do you think Belichick was wrong for going for it on his own 28 on 4th and 2? I remember being in shock seeing them actually snap it there. I think what really hurt was the time out they used while in the huddle after the kickoff return. Then they used another before running the 4th down play and couldn't challenge the spot after Faulk's catch. Not sure it would've been overturned but it was close. I just think you have to punt the ball there. I know Manning is moving it at will there late but you gotta go with the better odds and punt it IMO. Take your chances with them having to go 65-70 yds instead of only having to go 30 yds.

I can see what he was trying to do. Get the first and the game is over but just think you gotta punt it there.
