2010 RED SOX-STEINER HOME RUN CLASSIC AT FENWAY PARK

TIME 8:00am – 6:30pm
The day is broken up into three (3) hour blocks for six (6) groups. Time blocks are:
8-11am
9:30-12:30pm
11-2pm
12:30pm – 3:30pm
2-5pm
3:30pm-6:30pm
These assigned time slots will be announced two (2) weeks prior to the event. Participants will not be able to reserve specific time slots for that day.
LOCATION Fenway Park

DETAILS
• Batting practice for four to five minutes total
• Tour of Fenway Park
• Light food and beverage (sandwiches and water) provided following the BP session and tours at the Absolut Clubhouse
• Batting practice participant to have one (1) BP-used ball signed by athletes in attendance
• One (1) person participates in all the activities, including batting practice; one (1) guest of the participant will be permitted to all other activities, excluding batting practice
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Guests are allowed to bring their own bats (only wooden bats allowed; NO aluminum bats)
• No cleats are allowed on the field; please wear athletic shoes
• Cameras are permitted; video recorders are prohibited
• Only one (1) guest per batting participant
• All sales are final and non-refundable; no exceptions will be made
• Please refrain from bringing items to get signed as NO additional autograph requests will be fulfilled at the event
• Please send a high-res image if you’d like your picture to be posted on the Jumbotron when batting
